Leadership Lab is our premium summer program for kids who want to lead with purpose. This weekly 90-minute experience guides participants through identifying a real problem in their community and designing a solution from idea to showcase.

Along the way, kids build leadership skills such as empathy, communication, collaboration, and confidence while also developing practical business skills, including planning, branding, budgeting, and presenting their ideas clearly. Participants are encouraged to work as a team to explore collaboration, whether developing a shared solution or contributing through skill-based roles such as marketing, content creation, design, or building.

More than just completing a project, kids learn how ideas move from vision to action and how leadership and entrepreneurship work together to create real impact.

Leadership Lab participants also have the option to attend our other KidPitch camps, applying their leadership skills in action alongside other campers.

Program Pricing

Leadership Lab (Summer Program): $445

This fee covers the full summer Leadership Lab experience, including all sessions, materials, and the final showcase.

Optional Camp Add-Ons (For Leadership Lab Participants)

Leadership Lab students may also attend our 3-day KidPitch camps at a reduced rate:

• Any 3-Day KidPitch Camp: $150 each
  (Regular price: $175)
  

Leadership Lab participants receive:

• Priority registration

• Reduced pricing on camps- (camps are optional and designed to give leaders additional opportunities to practice collaboration, creativity, and leadership in action)

Leadership Lab is intentionally designed as a small-group program to ensure meaningful discussion, individualized mentorship, and strong leadership growth. Space is limited.
